KATUNI to conduct analysis of the Political Economy of Accountability (PEA) in Somalia
The Political Economy Analysis of Accountability (PEA) in Somalia, is commissioned by the DFID funded Implementation and Analysis in Action of Accountability Programme (IAAAP), which is implemented by Mott MacDonald. The objective of the PEA is to chart out the landscape of accountability and corruption issues in Somalia, and map out the complex of interests and dynamics surrounding accountability in the Somali context. The objective of the analysis is to provide a thorough understanding of the drivers and dynamics of key interest groupings and networks, which both affect accountability, and can inform potential interventions in favour of developing a culture of accountability in Somalia.
